Abstract: Water resource carrying capacity relates to economy,environment and other resources.It has dynamic,synthesis,spatial variance and other characters.Combined with the characters of water resources carrying capacity,an evaluation method for water resource carrying capacity under the basis thoughts of asset liability analysis is established in this paper.Finally,demonstrated with Zengdu District of Suizhou City,Hubei Province,the satisfactory scheme on the water resource sustainable development is obtained.
