Abstract: According to the workflow and role-based access control models,a model for flood control task integration management is presented to support the portal integration of the Flood Control Decision Support System(FCDSS).And the related integration management database is designed and applied to the flood task integration management system.It makes the system prossesses some important features,such as flexibility,integration,reusage and extensibility.Through the above models and techniques,the workflow-based flood task integration management system in the Heilongjiang province is developed,which has four main functions:the flood control task workflow management,the flood control organization management,the module man-agement of FCDSS and access control.And its effect is illustrated,too.
