城市洪涝个性化应急避险路径动态规划方法与应用

Dynamic planning method and application of personalized emergency evacuation paths for urban flood

  • 摘要: 传统应急避险路径规划通常未充分考虑不同年龄段人群的通行能力差异,导致规划路径存在一定的安全风险,亟需探索精准高效的规划新方法。本研究提出一种面向不同年龄段人群的个性化应急避险路径动态规划方法,引入阻断因子表征路段通行安全性,以儿童、成人、老人等不同年龄段人群避险安全性和通行效率作为避险路径规划的主要目标,考虑路网可通行性和避险点容量约束,构建面向不同年龄段人群的个性化应急避险路径动态规划模型,采用改进Dijkstra算法实现个性化避险路线动态规划。研究表明:所提个性化避险模型,规划避险路径的安全性较常规路网和考虑积水路网情景分别提高了0.91和0.06,有效提升了应急避险路径的可靠性;该模型平均响应时间仅为0.17s,比传统Dijkstra算法的路径寻优效率提升99.89%。本文提出的方法可提供更安全、高效的避险路线,为指导人员安全避险和精细化城市洪涝灾害防控提供理论和方法支撑。

     

    Abstract: Traditional planning for emergency evacuation paths tends to overlook travel capacity of different age groups, leading to potential safety risks in planned routes. It is urgent to explore new methods for precise and efficient planning. This study proposes a planning method for personalized dynamic evacuation paths for different age groups, including children, adults, and the elderly. The method introduces blocking factors to characterize road safety, and takes safety and risk-avoidance efficiency for different age groups as the primary objectives of path planning, while also considering the constraints of road network passability and evacuation point capacity. Based on the above design, a planning model is constructed for personalized dynamic evacuation paths for different age groups, and an improved Dijkstra algorithm is adopted to solve the personalized evacuation path planning problem. The results show that the proposed model improves the safety of evacuation paths by 0.91 and 0.06, respectively, effectively enhancing the reliability of emergency evacuation paths. The model has an average response time of only 0.17 s and improves path-solving efficiency by 99.89% compared with the traditional Dijkstra algorithm. The method proposed in this study can provide safer and more efficient evacuation routes, offering theoretical and methodological support for guiding personnel to evacuate safely and for the refinement of urban flood prevention and control.
