Global Change and Sustainable Development of Water Resources

摘要: 从不同角度阐述了在全球变化环境中水资源所面临的诸多问题,提出水资源问题在全球环境与发展研究中应占有的重要位置。对在水资源的规划和管理中如何贯彻水资源可持续开发原则应注意的技术问题进行了探讨。

Abstract: This paper discussed issues that water resources are faced with the global change studies,as well as the due important position of the water resources in the a ssemble program of global change studies.This paper at tempts also to discuss some relevant technical issues in water resources planning and management in implementation of the principle for water resources sustainable development.
