Trends and Concept of Water Resour ces and Research on Time of Water Availability

摘要: 随着当今世界所涌出的新理论、新问题,概述了水资源研究出现的若干新形势.换一角度,从时间对水资源研究的作用上重新探讨了水资源的涵义,探讨了水文更新时间及相关理论.

Abstract: With the rapid development of new theory and new problem,the current trends in the areas of water resources research are reviewed in this paper.On the other hand,the concept of water resources,in the eye of time,is defined again.Furthermore,the hydrologic replacement time and its relative theories are introduced to determine the water availability from ground and surface water sources.
