水质污染损害指数评价的普适公式

An Universal Formula of Pollution Harm Index Suited to Water Quality Assessment

  • 摘要: 在设定了各污染物的"基准"浓度情况下,用污染物的实测浓度相对值替代水质污染损害率公式中的浓度监测值,公式中的参数可视为与污染物的特性无关.采用遗传算法对公式中的参数优化,得到了多种水质污染物都能适用的水质污染损害率和污染损害指数公式.提出用广义模糊对比法对污染损害分指数进行赋权的新方法,计算水质综合污染损害指数.该法用于水质综合评价的物理意义明确、计算简单、使用方便,具有普适性和可比性.

     

    Abstract: Supposing the "basic concentration" of each pollutant and substituting the relative value for the monitoring value of pollutant concentration,the parameters in the formula of pollution harm rate of water quality are independent of the characters of pollutants.The formula of pollution harm rate of water quality assessment suited to multipollutant and the formula of comprehensive index of pollution harm are derived by using the genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters.The comprehensive pollution harm index of water quality is calculated by weightting to partial index of pollution harm using the general fuzzy contrast method. The comprehensive assessment method of water quality shows the clearness of physical meaning,easy to calculate,simple to use and the generality and comparison.
