Study on real-time monitoring and management system for water resources in river basin

  • 摘要: 根据我国流域水文水资源特点和供用水特征,基于目前流域所面临的水资源短缺和污染问题,需要研究和开发流域水资源实时监控管理系统.其重点应放在现有监测站点的调整与完善,水库运行规则、技术参数的校核与调整,洪水资源调控与地下水人工回灌,污水处理回用与生态环境需水量,防洪与兴利统一调度,地表水与地下水资源联合运用管理等技术研究,以及水资源实时调度管理方案付诸实施后效益与风险分析、系统的标准化等方面.

     

    Abstract: Due to the shortage and pollution of water resources,and the characteristics of hydrology,water resources,and water supply and demand in China,it is necessary to develop a real-time monitoring and management system for water resources in river basin. The emphases should be put on the rearrangement and improvement of the current hydrologic monitoring network,the check and modification of operation mode and technical parameters of reservoirs,the control and management of water resources in flood,groundwater recharge and the sewage treatment and reuse,the water demand for ecological environment protection,the unite regulating for flood control and benefit promote,the joint management of surface water and groundwater resources and so on. The benefit and risk analyses of the scheme of real-time monitoring and management for water resources and the standardization of the system should also be carried out.
