The Theory and Technique of Fuzzy Optimizing Dynamic Programming for Multiobjective Water Resources System
This paper presents the new concept-multiobjective recursive matrix and establishes the theory, model and technique of fuzzy optimizing dynamic programming for multiobjective water resources system. The objective weight is also proposed by using the fuzzy sets method. Finally, a case study is given.
