Coordination Management Model of Water Resources Utilization and Economic Development in the Shijiazhuang Region

Based on the theory of multilevel hierarchical optimal control for large-scale systems, a coordinative management model is presented for analysing the problems concerned with water resources utilization and economic development in the Shijiazhuang region. Some modelling issues including optimal system identification,coordinative management code, and optimization techniques,are discussed.Through digital computer imitation and sensitivity analysis, it confirmed that the results of the model operation are quite reliable and accurate,which will be useful for decision making in water resources managements.
