Preliminary study on utilizing groundwater storage

The concept of ground water reserwir,storage principle and its theoretical basis,storage condidons and methods,as well as high economic effect of the storage are discussed in the paper.It is suggested that a rmdel engineering for the ground water reserwir storage should be set up and utilized to mitigate the serious crisis in some waterdeficient regions in Jilin pnwince.To utilize gmund water storage,the water conservancy project should be build in addition to basic hydrogeological condition,so,it is a cross and combine of hydrogeology and water conservancy engineering.In future,it will become an important branch of the water conservancy engineering,i.e.engineering of ground water reservoir storage.
