Development of the Real-Time Hydrological Forecasting and Information Display System

  • 摘要: 介绍了SMAR(Soil Moisture Accounding and Routing)模型及其改进--分布式任意时段长模型。简要讨论了参数优化,河道汇流演算方法、实时预报及校正理论等。介绍了水文预报及信息显示系统的组成、功能、特点和环境要求及该系统在长江三峡区间洪水预报中的应用。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the SMAR (Soil Moisture Accounting and Routing) Model is briefly reviewed with a special addressed on it srevision-the distributed and flexible time-intervals model which were made during this study course.The auto-optimisation technique of the model parameters,the flow routing method and the real-time updating theory which were employed in the developed system are discussed.The features,menu system,and basic requirements of the developed system are briefly introduced.As one case study,the application results of the system in the Three-Gorges catchment on the Yangtze River are presented and discussed.
