A Study of the Analysis Method of Cold-Atom Fluorescence Determining Mercury

  • 摘要: 冷原子荧光法是测定汞含量较灵敏的方法,但如果掌握不当会产生较大的测试误差。对测试过程中的标准系列处理方法、试剂空白值的控制及校准曲线的质量保证进行了反复试验,探索了保证分析数据可靠的具体方法。

     

    Abstract: Cold-atom fluorescence is a sensitive method of determining mercury.However,bigerrormay occure if it is not operated reasonably.This paper discusses and tests repeatedly the treatment method of standard series during the test,the cortrol of the blank value of the reagent and the quality guarantee of alined curve.The methods for obtainning reliable data are also studied.
