On Eco-Economical Model of Environmental Hydro Science——Following the Green Road for Water Conservancy

  • 摘要: 基于可持续发展思想,创导了一个名为生态经济型的环境水利模式,从热力学上讲这是一低熵模式,从哲学上讲这是一“天人合一”的模式。该模式中的环境水利学为近年来中国专家学者率先提出的全面系统研究水利与环境相互关系的新学科。对该模式中的8个方面进行了详尽的探讨。

     

    Abstract: Based on the idea of sustainable development, this paper proposes a conceptional model called eco-economical model of environmental hydro-science. Thermodynamically speaking, it is a model of low entropy. Philosophically speaking, it is a model of combining nature and human into one and keeping them in conformity with the Great Harmony. In this model the environmental hydro-science is a new science newly developed in China, which deals with the interrelation between water resources and environment comprehensively and systematically. For the application, eight points of the above stated model are discussed detailly.
