摘要: 从可持续发展观念的内涵出发,研讨了水资源合理配置及承载能力的基本概念、内涵、特性、主要研究内容及分析方法等,并在此基础上讨论了水资源合理配置及承载能力与可持续发展观念之间的相互关系,对规范水资源规划与管理的研究具有一定的指导意义.
